Join us for our first annual Farm to Table Dining Experience with Field & Larder of Chester Agricultural Center and Chef Nicholas Leiss!
We hope you will join us for an incredible event with Field and Larder, a new farm at the Chester Ag Center with Charles Adame-Winningham, Farmer and Food Preserver and Culinary Institute of America's Chef Nicholas Leiss of Farm2ChefsTable!
It is the height of our Summer season and we want to share organically grown produce from Field and Larder (who can be found at the Beacon Farmer's Market every Sunday) with Chester Ag Center's black dirt soil and freshly caught Long Island seafood from Montauk Catch Club along with incredible culinary concepts of Chef Nick! Chef Nick will be cooking over a live fire to bring a 5-course experience on the Chester Ag Center grounds.
You can choose from the Farm Tour and Craft Beer Happy Hour from 5-6pm for $50 or the 5-Course Dining Experience (Farm Tour and Craft Beer Happy Hour Included) for $200. Proceeds will benefit Fareground, Inc. to support their mission of food access and justice! Get tickets here!
